Flowmetry is a non-invasive examination, during which the patient is asked to urinate in a special collector that, connected to the computer, evaluates the urinary flow.
The examination is completed with an ultrasound check in order to evaluate a possible incomplete bladder emptying.
The patient must possibly show up with a physiological functional stimulus, avoiding bladder overextension.
Preparation:
One hour before the examination empty the bladder and drink ½ liter of water
